The Heart Behind the Art "I believe that every animal has a story to tell. My journey with art is deeply personal—I am a local Florida artist, a veteran, and a lifelong animal lover. My goal with Pet Portraits by Mon is to bridge the gap between a photograph and a memory. Using vibrant acrylics, I specialize in capturing the 'soul' in the eyes of your pets, horses, and the incredible wildlife we see here in Florida. Whether it’s a celebration of a new family member or a sensitive memorial for a companion who has passed, I pour my respect for the animal into every brushstroke. I’m proud to offer my work to our community here in Port Charlotte and to pet lovers nationwide."
