25 days is really not much time at all especially if you don't check the mail every day. Putting a reminder in my phone for when the TRIM notice usually comes out in August.

The market here has definitely softened compared to 2021-2022. Wouldn't surprise me at all if a lot of assessments are still inflated from those crazy years.
