Dr. Jason Mlnarik is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in traumatic injuries and other orthopedic-related problems. Before moving to our area, Dr. Mlnarik practiced for ten years in Kansas City as an orthopedic trauma surgeon. He and his family are excited to be in Florida and particularly in the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda area, where they can enjoy the beautiful water, warm climate, and welcoming community. His interests include weight/strength training, golf, and pet rescue and fostering. Dr. Mlnarik is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Dale Greenberg is board certified in orthopedic surgery with an additional board certification in sports medicine. He has been practicing orthopedic surgery and sports medicine in Charlotte County since 1991. Dr. Greenberg has over 20 years of experience taking care of professional athletes. Dr. Steven Anthony is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of foot and ankle disorders. He is also proficient in the treatment of fractures, as well as orthopedic-related treatment of hand, wrist, hip, and knee problems. He completed his residency training at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio and a fellowship in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery at New England Foot and Ankle Specialists in Portland, Maine. Dr. Anthony grew up and still has family in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. Dr. Anthony is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Lee James specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation with subspecialty training in pain medicine. Dr. James specializes in comprehensive non-surgical management of spine and other musculoskeletal conditions, including acute and chronic back and neck pain, sciatica, nerve pain, and joint pain. He performs fluoroscopically-guided lumbar and cervical epidural injections, spinal cord stimulation, diagnostic nerve root blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, facet joint injections, medial branch radiofrequency lesioning, sacroiliac joint injections, Indirect minimally invasive decompression, SI Joint Arthrodesis, and upper/lower extremity joint injections.
