Top Notch Smokehouse

At Wally’s Southern Style BBQ, we are a family-owned and operated restaurant in Port Charlotte known for tender, slow-smoked meats that practically melt in your mouth. Using only fresh pork, beef, and chicken, our BBQ is smoked to perfection over hickory wood, with some cuts cooked low and slow for up to 24 hours. We use only the freshest ingredients and our rubs and sauces are made from scratch. Each bite is seasoned with a light dry rub that enhances the flavor without overpowering it, leaving you free to choose from our variety of homemade sauces to match your taste. From award-winning ribs and brisket to pulled pork, chicken, and hearty sides, Wally’s delivers true Southern flavor in every meal. Stop in today and taste the difference!
